Compensation for participants : 

 Professional quality "photos and video" of

   you "doing the damn thing" in your audition (so come to "put on”) ; formatted for professional use. 

 Opportunity to be a "feature dancer" in  music videos if you are chosen and get "more exposure" for your brand.
